我们确保3TG的采购不会直接或间接助长刚果金或邻国或受冲突影响和高风险地区的严重侵犯人权的武装冲突组织，给其带来直接/间接的利益。

    我公司承诺根据《经合组织指南》，对矿产的原产地和监管地进行尽职调查，确保3TG来源于被行业组织认证为合规的精炼厂。

    透过负责任之采购管理，确保我们及供应商之采购来源非来自冲突地区并符合客户及法规要求。

We ensure that 3TG's procurement does not directly or indirectly contribute to the direct/indirect benefit of armed conflict organizations that commit serious human rights violations in DRC or neighbouring countries or in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.  

We commit to conduct due diligence on the origin and regulatory location of the mineral in accordance with the OECD Guidelines to ensure that 3TG is sourced from a refinery certified as compliant by an industry body.  

Through responsible procurement management, ensure that our and our suppliers' procurement sources are non-conflict areas and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
